Travel not only stirs the blood... It also gives strength to the spirit--- Florence Kahn

My time in Botswana is done. I have good memories of it all. It is with mixed emotions that I leave.. so much I could do and contribute but I am being called home...  literally. I have met so many people who have contributed to my education in life. I wonder at it all. I took some money (pula) out of the atm and it gave me back my balance in pula, we could get a nice plot in Kasane and safari everyday for it. Not J's thing but 4 month a year would be nice. Unfortunately everyone that visited would stay 3 weeks to make the 27 hours of travel worth while. Today at the morning prayer service they sang a special song for me ; "How great thou art"  ( no I am not kidding).  One never know the impact one has on another. I was extended a welcome and I have extended a welcome back. Tonight I am going out with Brenda to the Bull and Bush, no better way to celebrate, the issue is what are we celebrating?  Hopefully in some way  it be large or small, great or good, we have contributed to the world.

Don’t ask yourself what the world needs, ask yourself what makes you come alive. And then go and do that. Because what the world needs is people who are alive.” – Howard Thurman

It is at this point  I think I met Remi, Johnathan, and Theodore. No that is not us!! But keep an eye on that group Remi and Jon were here with Canadian Forces setting up training for the several authorities in Africa (IT training). Theodore is a 10 month old and we met on the air plane here. So I began my walk with them....

Tour of Victoria falls was very hot around 38 and I drank two litres of water. So by the time I got back to the hotel I was ready for a swim in the pool. At four I was picked up and taken to catch a sunset boat cruise on the Zambezi River. So another journey begins.
